What it does
- Your own booking page
- A link and a QR code to share anywhere. Customers pick a service, a person if they like, and a time.
- Only real free times
- Worked out from your hours, how long each service takes, the gap you need after it, who does what, and time off.
- Anyone free, shared fairly
- When a customer doesn't pick a person, the booking goes to whoever is free and least busy that day.
- Your calendar, checked
- Connect Google Calendar and times marked busy there aren't offered, checked again just before each booking. If it can't read someone's calendar, it stops offering their times and tells you.
- Your rules
- How much notice you need, how far ahead people can book, and a question to ask first, like a patch test.
- Emails sent for you
- A confirmation for every booking, then a reminder the day before.
- Changes without a call
- Each booking has a link to move or cancel it. A freed time is emailed to your waiting list.
- Regulars
- Set up a repeat visit for a regular from your calendar: every week, every two weeks, monthly and more.
- A record for every customer
- Each booking makes or updates the customer's record, with their past visits.
