Billed by the second, never upgraded by itself
Your minutes are counted from the seconds each call actually lasts, never rounded up to a whole minute per call.
Go past your plan's minutes and the assistant keeps answering. Extra minutes are $0.50 each, added to your next bill. Your plan never moves up by itself; you change plans in your portal when you choose to.
Want a limit? In your portal you can cap what extra minutes may cost in a month, or stop at your plan's minutes. Once the cap is reached, the assistant stops answering until the 1st of next month, or until you change it. A call already under way when you reach your limit finishes, and its minutes are billed.
Calls the assistant screens out as spam or robocalls don't count toward your minutes.

Team, +$19.99/month for up to 15 people, or +$39.99 for 16 or more. Each person gets their own schedule link to ask for time off or swap shifts. Building, printing and publishing your schedule stay free.
Texts Coming soon
Texts to your customers, +$19.99/month, coming soon (waiting on carrier approval). Once approved: confirmations, reminders and “a time just opened” by text from your Kwickly Answers number, to customers who said yes. 500 texts a month, then 4¢ each, and $29.99 once for the carrier registration. On phone plans.
Money off add-ons. Professional plans get $10 a month toward add-ons, and Premium plans $20. It counts only against add-ons you buy, and it doesn't carry over.

How much does an AI receptionist cost per month?
With Kwickly Answers, phone plans start at $129.99 a month for 350 minutes, which is about 175 two-minute calls. The website and online booking plan, with no phone assistant, is $39.99 a month.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
The assistant keeps answering. Extra minutes are $0.50 each, counted by the second and added to your next bill. Your plan never moves up by itself. If you would rather have a limit, set one in your portal. A call already under way when you reach your limit finishes, and its minutes are billed.
Do spam calls count toward my minutes?
No. Calls the assistant screens out as spam or robocalls don't count toward your minutes.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel at any time. Your service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Is there a setup fee?
Not if you set it up yourself online. If you would like me to set it up for you, it is $299.99 once, and the next five businesses get it at half price.
