Whatever you build, a few things come with it at no charge. Here is what each one does today, and what is still coming.
Staff basics
- Your staff list, with who does which services.
- Building, printing and publishing your schedule.
- Each person can add their shifts to their own phone calendar.
Each person's own schedule link, for time off and swaps, is the Team add-on.
Estimates
- Write an estimate from your own lines and prices, then check the preview.
- Email it from the preview. Nothing is sent without you looking at it first.
- Your customer accepts it online by typing their name. No card is taken.
- Once it is accepted, one tap sets up repeating visits.
Invoices
Coming soon. Simple invoices your customers pay by card or bank transfer, straight into your own Stripe account, with nothing taken by Kwickly Answers. They will be included on every plan when they arrive. Until then this part of your plan does nothing.
