It answers the calls you forward to it, day and night, from your own information. It books callers in, takes messages and flags what is urgent. You choose how many minutes a month and how strong the assistant is.

What it does
- Answers the calls you forward, 24/7, and tells callers up front that they are talking to an AI assistant and that the call is recorded.
- Answers from your own information: your services, hours, service area and the prices you approve. It never invents a price.
- Books callers into your calendar, and takes messages properly when it can't.
- Flags the urgent calls you define, and the questions it couldn't answer, so the answer goes into its knowledge base.
- Screens robocalls and spam. Screened calls don't count toward your minutes.
- Answers Spanish-speaking callers in Spanish, at no extra charge.

Minutes are counted by the second. Past your minutes the assistant keeps answering, and extra minutes are $0.50 each, added to your next bill. You can cap what extra minutes may cost in your portal. A call already under way when you reach your limit finishes, and its minutes are billed.

It needs somewhere to book. Add Online booking, or connect a booking tool of your own from the list under Use your own tools.
Essential, Professional and Premium. Essential is a fast, capable assistant for everyday calls. Professional is stronger, for trickier calls, and Premium is the strongest, for complicated calls like legal intake. Professional and Premium also come with money off add-ons.
Never more than the all-in plan. With the web page in your plan, the phone assistant, Online booking, the customer list and the web page together never cost more than the matching all-in phone plan, which starts at $129.99 a month.
