Who's behind it

I'm Harley Churchill. I've spent 8+ years in customer-facing roles, and I personally review call quality against your guidelines: how your business talks, what it will and won't promise, when to hand a call to a person. An assistant that sounds like a script is worse than voicemail, so that review is part of the service, not an add-on.

Why it exists

For a plumber on a job, a stylist with a client or a lawyer in court, the phone rings at the worst moment, and a caller who reaches voicemail often dials the next business on the list. Kwickly Answers exists so that call is answered properly: in a real conversation, from the business's own information, with the details sent straight to the owner.

How call quality is reviewed

Every assistant works from its own business's information, never a generic script. I review call quality against each business's guidelines. Questions an assistant couldn't answer are flagged so the answer can be added, and a change an owner writes to its instructions is checked before it goes live.
