A shop on your page

A cart, then pickup, local delivery or shipping. The customer sees tax and shipping before paying.

Paid by card, to you

Customers pay on Stripe's own payment page, straight into your own Stripe account. Kwickly Answers takes no cut of your orders. Stripe charges its usual card fees.

Your chat takes orders

The chat on your page finds items, reads the order back and places it. You accept it, and the customer pays by card.

Delivery and shipping your way

A delivery fee, free over an amount you set, and how far you go. Shipping flat or by weight.

Orders in one place

Accept, mark ready, complete or cancel. The customer is emailed when it's ready or canceled.

Refunds

Refund all or part of an order from your account.

A stock count

One count for each item. An order can't ask for more than you have, and the chat says when only a few are left.

What it doesn't do yet

• The stock count doesn't go down by itself when you sell. Update it yourself.
• No supplies, suppliers, reorder lists or low-stock emails yet.
• No discount codes on orders.
• One tax rate. No rates by state or city.
• Orders by phone, and syncing stock with another store, aren't switched on.
