Cookie Policy
This website, kwicklyanswers.com, sets no cookies of its own. The client portal sets three: two that keep you signed in and one that remembers which of your businesses you're working on. Our own staff's sign-in can set one more, for five minutes, that a business never gets. If a business uses staff sign-in, a member of its team who signs in gets one that keeps them signed in to their own schedule page. A member of a business's team who opens their own schedule link, or the schedule part of a link with their jobs, gets one more, which remembers on that phone or browser that they typed their PIN and confirmed an emailed code. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies anywhere.

All of them are ours, can't be read by scripts on the page, and are sent only over HTTPS. The schedule-link one is sent only to that one link, which may be on the business’s own page address. The others are sent only to the portal.
Storage in your browser
Some screens also keep small notes in your own browser, which never leave it on their own: your display choices, and a few things that save you retyping.

"Until you close the tab" means the browser's session storage, which the browser clears itself.
Other companies
- Stripe. Client portal: the Money screens (Stripe Connect) and Checkout (Stripe Terminal), only for a business that uses them; Stripe's own payment pages. Stripe's scripts and pages may set Stripe's own cookies, for example for fraud prevention; see Stripe's privacy policy.
- YouTube and Vimeo. A business's page, only when it adds a video (YouTube's no-cookie address). The video player may set its own cookies or storage when it loads or plays.
- Google. A hand-built page a business uploads, only when its design loads fonts from Google Fonts (our own website and a business's standard web page carry their own fonts). Google may receive the visitor's IP address and browser details when the fonts load; see Google's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare. The sign-up page, only while its sign-up check runs. Cloudflare's check may use its own cookies or browser storage to tell people from automated programs; see Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice.
What we don't use
No analytics, advertising, social-media or session-recording scripts run on this website or on the pages we host for businesses. Because we don't track visitors across other sites, our sites don't change what they do when a browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings. If you block the portal's cookies you won't be able to sign in; clearing site data only resets your display choices.
