I need to change my prices or services
Prices and services live in What it says, under Products & Services. Press Edit on a service, choose how its price shows under Pricing, and press that row's Save once. Wait until you see "Saved." before you move on. Your assistant uses the change from the next call.
Before you start
- Your sign-in for the portal.
- Your new prices, or the services you want to add or stop offering.
Steps
- Open What it says, then Products & Services. You should see your list of services.
- Press Edit on the service you want to change, or + Add product/service for a new one.
- Under Pricing, choose Fixed price, Free, Price range, Call for price or Don't show a price, and fill in the amount if it asks for one.
- To stop offering a service without removing it, untick the Active box ("offered right now").
- Press that row's Save once, then wait until you see "Saved."
- For the price estimates your assistant gives on calls, open AI Agent, then Rough prices. It has its own save button, and a Try it box to check an estimate.
A service shows as "Free" and you didn't mean it to? Choose another option under Pricing. Don't show a price leaves the price off entirely.
Not sure a change was saved? Some screens save as soon as you change them, and others wait for you to press Save. If you see a Save button, press it.
It worked when
The service's row shows your new price, and you saw "Saved." after pressing Save. Call your business number from another phone and ask the price: your assistant gives the new one.
