What Zoho Inventory does, and what Kwickly Answers adds

Zoho Inventory's pricing page (read 13 Oct 2026) prices each organization, billed annually: Standard $29 a month for 500 orders, 3 users and 2 locations; Premium $79 for 3,000 orders, 5 users and 4 locations, with serial number and batch tracking; Plus $129; Enterprise $249. Its FAQ says a forever-free plan stays available after a 14-day trial. Add-ons such as extra users, orders and locations are priced per month.

Its features page describes reorder points that notify you when stock is low, purchase orders and vendor bills, barcode scanning, multi-warehouse stock with transfers, and connections to Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Shopify. Its help pages cover items with variants such as size or color, each with its own opening stock, and receiving deliveries against a purchase order, in full or in part.

Kwickly Answers puts the count where your customers buy. Each product you sell has a "Units in stock" number: at 0 the web shop marks it sold out and refuses a bigger order than the count, and the phone and chat assistants are told not to offer it. Choices such as a size are labels on one item and share one count.

That count lives beside your services, calendar and customer list, so a groomer's shampoos or a salon's retail sit in the same account that books the appointments. Online orders, from $39.99 a month on a plan with a web page, add a shop and orders in chat paid into your own Stripe account.
