This page compares keeping counts on what you sell. Sortly's pricing page lists Advanced at $49 a month, or $24 a month for the first year of a yearly plan (billed at $288), for 500 items and 2 users. Kwickly Answers counts come with every plan, from the Online booking plan at $14.99 a month. A Kwickly Answers count does not go down by itself when you sell today, so you update it yourself.

What Sortly does, and what Kwickly Answers adds
Sortly's pricing page (read 13 Oct 2026) sizes plans by unique items and user licenses: Free for 100 items and 1 user, Advanced for 500 and 2, Ultra for 2,000 and 5, Premium for 5,000 and 8, and Enterprise on a quote. Its features page lists low stock alerts, barcode and QR scanning with label printing, custom folders, purchase orders, item check-in and check-out and reports, and its help center says quantity alerts are on the paid plans, not Free.
Kwickly Answers counts stock where a service business sells. Each product you sell carries a "Units in stock" number: blank means not tracked and 0 means out. At 0 your web shop shows the item as sold out, an order cannot ask for more than the count, and the phone and chat assistants are told not to promise it; the chat also says when just a few are left.
Those counts sit in the same account as your services, calendar and customer list, so a salon's retail shelf or a trade's parts for sale live next to the bookings. You keep each count up to date yourself today, because a sale does not reduce it.
