Its AI Voice Agent is an add-on on every plan. The voice-agent page lists $0.99 a minute pay as you go, or 100 minutes for $99 a month and 300 minutes for $249, with larger bundles quoted by its sales team.

The Kwickly Answers plan is built around the front desk. The assistant answers your forwarded line, and $129.99 a month (Starter, 350 minutes, timed to the second) also brings a place for customers to book, a calendar, emailed confirmations and reminders, and a customer list. JustCall's AI receptionist page says its agent checks availability mid-call, books on your team's calendar and sends a confirmation text.

The owner sets the scope: direct booking, or a message left for you (the default), with urgent calls of your own definition flagged by email. Callers who speak Spanish are answered in Spanish on any phone plan at no added cost, so the monthly bill moves with minutes and not with the number of people on your team.

What does JustCall's AI receptionist cost beside Kwickly Answers at 100 and 300 minutes?

JustCall bills seats and AI minutes as separate lines, while a Kwickly Answers plan carries its minutes inside, so the working below prices the AI minutes on both sides and shows the seat cost apart. All figures are monthly amounts from JustCall's pages as read on 2 Oct 2026, beside the Essential level of Kwickly Answers, without other add-ons or tax.

JustCall: its voice-agent page lists a 100-minute bundle at $99 a month and a 300-minute bundle at $249. Its pricing page lists a minimum of 2 licenses, and the voice-agent page says the add-on sits on top of the seat plan, so two Team seats add 2 × $29 = $58 on annual billing. That gives $99 + $58 = $157.00 at 100 minutes and $249 + $58 = $307.00 at 300 minutes. At 350 minutes the pay-as-you-go rate of $0.99 gives 350 × $0.99 = $346.50, before seats. The pages we read (2 Oct 2026) do not say how a bundle and pay-as-you-go minutes combine, so this is the pay-as-you-go figure, not necessarily JustCall's lowest at 350 minutes.

Kwickly Answers: one Starter plan at $129.99 covers 350 minutes, timed to the second, so the same figure applies at 100 and at 300 minutes. At 100 minutes JustCall's $99 bundle on its own is the lower figure, and with two seats it is $157.00. JustCall's pricing page also lists the first 100 minutes free, and the pages we read (2 Oct 2026) do not say whether that repeats each month, so $99 may overstate JustCall's cost at 100 minutes. At 300 minutes JustCall's bundle is $249 against $129.99 for Starter.

Is Kwickly Answers a JustCall alternative?

Yes, for what JustCall's AI receptionist does: picking up your calls with AI and, once you choose direct booking, booking the appointment. Kwickly Answers is a front desk rather than a seat-based phone system, priced from $129.99 a month for 350 minutes, with the booking page, calendar and customer list inside the plan.

Do I need JustCall seats before I can add its AI receptionist?

JustCall's pages list the AI Voice Agent as an add-on on every plan, and its voice-agent page says the add-on sits on top of the base seat cost, which has a two-license minimum. The same page says seats are for the people who handle calls, so ask JustCall what a business whose calls all go to the agent would be quoted. With Kwickly Answers no seat is bought: the phone plan is priced on minutes.

Can Kwickly Answers book appointments while the caller is still on the phone?
