Kwickly Answers vs. vcita: Booking, Client List and Phone Answering
Kwickly Answers prices a booking page, calendar and customer list by bookings, from $14.99 a month, while vcita is client-management software priced by seat, from $29 a month for one seat on annual billing. The comparison covers the jobs both products do: booking, reminders, the client list, phone answering and a staff schedule, and it leaves out vcita's payments, invoices and marketing tools. A Kwickly Answers phone plan, starting at $129.99 for 350 minutes, adds an assistant that answers calls, and a crew schedule costs nothing to build and publish. The seat count moves vcita's price; bookings or minutes move Kwickly Answers' plan prices.
What vcita does, and what Kwickly Answers adds
vcita's pricing page (read 1 Oct 2026) lists three plans, Kickstart, Manage and Manage + Grow, with a team-size picker from 1 seat to 50 or more. In the 1-seat view they are $29, $54 and $93 a month billed annually, or $35, $65 and $110 billed monthly. All three list client management and an online scheduler with a business calendar; its complete feature list marks multiple staff members and scheduling reminders as not in Kickstart.
Kwickly Answers puts the same everyday jobs in one account without a per-seat price. A customer picks from the free times on your booking page, calculated from your opening hours and service lengths; the booking is saved to your calendar and customer list, a confirmation email follows, and a reminder email goes out the day before. A phone plan adds an assistant that answers the calls you forward and, if you choose direct booking, writes the booking into the same calendar.
For a crew, the schedule costs nothing to build, print or publish on any plan, and the Team add-on, on any plan, gives each person their own schedule link for a flat $19.99 a month up to 15 people. The bill stays tied to your bookings or minutes, so adding a person to the calendar does not add a per-seat charge on the Online booking plan.

vcita's Manage plan is $54 a month for one seat on annual billing, and Kwickly Answers' Online booking plan is $14.99 a month for 100 bookings, with a phone plan from $129.99.
