Kwickly Answers vs. QuoteIQ: Calls, Booking and Crew Jobs for Contractors
QuoteIQ is contractor software whose AI call team runs on IQ Credits, while Kwickly Answers is an AI phone assistant with booking and crew day links, priced by call minutes. This page compares the shared jobs: answering calls, booking, the calendar, the customer list and each person's day of jobs. QuoteIQ's pricing page lists Essentials at $29.99 a month for one user with 500 IQ Credits, and its call team page says 125 credits buy one minute of AI call time. Kwickly Answers Starter is $129.99 a month for 350 minutes counted by the second. QuoteIQ also lists estimates, invoices and routes, which stay outside this comparison.
What ours does and costs: Online booking.
What QuoteIQ does, and what Kwickly Answers adds
QuoteIQ's pricing page (read 13 Oct 2026) lists five plans, from Essentials at $29.99 a month for one user to Max at $699.99 for 20 users, with each extra user at $25 a month and a monthly allowance of IQ Credits on every plan. Essentials lists estimates, invoices, scheduling and a calendar, online payments and the AI Virtual Call Team. Its help article says new prices apply to new subscriptions from October 2026.
QuoteIQ's Virtual Call Team page says the assistant answers calls, qualifies leads, takes messages and can make outbound calls, and that 125 IQ Credits equal one minute of AI call time, credits the other AI tools also draw on. Customer self-booking is InstaSchedule, which its page says is "included on Elite & Max" and opens after a customer accepts an estimate.
Kwickly Answers starts from the ringing phone. Its assistant answers the calls you forward, and you decide whether it books straight into the calendar that comes with the plan or takes a message, which is the default. Calls you define as urgent are flagged to you by email, and you set what counts as an emergency and which towns you serve.
Once work is booked, each person on your staff can be sent a private day link listing their jobs for today and the six days after it: the time window, the customer's first name, the service, the street with a map link, a call button and the customer's own booking notes, with Mark done on today's jobs. Laying out and publishing the crew's schedule costs nothing on any plan.
How do the plans compare?
QuoteIQ Essentials is $29.99 a month for one user with 500 IQ Credits, about 4 minutes of AI calls, and Kwickly Answers Starter (Essential level) is $129.99 a month for 350 minutes.

Is Kwickly Answers a QuoteIQ alternative?
Yes, Kwickly Answers is a QuoteIQ alternative for the front-office jobs: answering the phone, booking when you choose direct booking, keeping customers on one list and sending each person their day of jobs. QuoteIQ is also built around estimates, invoices and routes, and this page compares the shared jobs. Kwickly Answers phone plans start at $129.99 a month for 350 minutes.
How do QuoteIQ's IQ Credits compare with Kwickly Answers' minutes for AI calls?
QuoteIQ pays for AI call time out of IQ Credits that its other AI tools share, and Kwickly Answers sells minutes, so the fair comparison is minutes of AI calls at one stated need. All figures are monthly list prices read on 13 Oct 2026, with tax left out, for the Essential level of Kwickly Answers.
QuoteIQ: its call team page says 125 IQ Credits equal one minute. Essentials at $29.99 carries 500 credits, 500 ÷ 125 = 4 minutes; Max at $699.99 carries 8,000, 8,000 ÷ 125 = 64 minutes. For about 200 minutes a month, 200 × 125 = 25,000 credits; its help article sells 25,000 credits for $250, so Essentials plus that purchase is $29.99 + $250 = $279.99. The pages we read (13 Oct 2026) do not say how call time is rounded.
Kwickly Answers: Starter is $129.99 for 350 minutes counted by the second, so 200 minutes fit inside it, and past 350 minutes each one is $0.50. QuoteIQ's plans also hold estimates, invoices and field tools, and Kwickly Answers' plan holds the booking page, calendar, reminder emails and customer list, so the two sums buy different things.

Yes, Kwickly Answers works if answering the phone and booking jobs is all you need from it. Forward your business line to your Kwickly Answers number, enter your hours, services and towns in your portal, and choose whether the assistant books or takes messages; the calendar, booking page and customer list come with the plan.
QuoteIQ or Kwickly Answers for a contractor who misses calls on the job?
For a contractor whose phone rings while they are up a ladder, Kwickly Answers is built around that call: $129.99 a month covers 350 minutes, and the assistant can book into the calendar or take a message. QuoteIQ's pages describe a wider contractor toolkit with estimates, invoices and routes, with AI call time drawn from IQ Credits.

Why choose Kwickly Answers instead of QuoteIQ?
- Call time sold as minutes: Starter $129.99 covers 350, Growth $259.99 covers 1,000 and Pro $469.99 covers 2,000 (Essential level), counted by the second, then $0.50 a minute.

- A day of jobs on each person's phone: a private day link with the time window, the street and a map link, a call button and Mark done. The schedule itself is free, and Team, from $19.99 a month, adds each person's schedule link, time off and clock-in.
- Your rules on the phone: you set what counts as an emergency and which towns you serve, and urgent calls are flagged to you by email.
