Kwickly Answers vs. Service Autopilot: Calls, Booking and Route Days for Lawn and Cleaning Crews

Service Autopilot is scheduling and dispatch software for lawn, cleaning and other route businesses, while Kwickly Answers answers the phone with AI and lets customers book themselves. This page looks at the shared jobs: taking calls, booking, the calendar, the customer list and each crew member's day. Service Autopilot's pricing page lists Startup at $49 a month plus a sign-up fee, based on annual subscription rates, and the pages we read show no phone answering. Kwickly Answers phone plans start at $129.99 a month for 350 minutes, renewing month to month. Routing, invoicing and job costing stay outside this comparison.

What Service Autopilot does, and what Kwickly Answers adds

Service Autopilot's pricing page (read 13 Oct 2026) says all pricing is based on annual subscription rates. Startup is $49 a month plus a sign-up fee with one mobile license, Pro is $199 with two, Pro Plus is $499 with five and automations, and Elite is priced on contact with eight. Startup lists scheduling and dispatch, invoicing and payments, expense tracking and customer and lead management; Pro adds route optimization and job costing.

Its comparison page with Jobber lists one-time and recurring scheduling, and Elite adds two-way texting and a client portal. The pages we read (13 Oct 2026) show no phone answering and no page where a new customer picks a time.

Kwickly Answers covers the front of the job. On a phone plan, an AI assistant answers the calls you forward; you decide whether it books straight into the plan's calendar or takes a message, the default. Customers can also book an open time on your booking page, and you set which towns you serve and what counts as an emergency. The landscaping page shows how it handles a lawn business's calls.

Each crew member can be sent a private day link that opens in a phone's browser, with no app to install and no login: their jobs for the next seven days from today, the street with a map link, a call button and Mark done. Regular customers can be put on repeat visits, weekly or every two, four, six or eight weeks.

How do the plans compare?

Service Autopilot Startup is $49 a month plus a sign-up fee on annual subscription rates, and Kwickly Answers Starter (Essential level) is $129.99 a month for 350 minutes, month to month.
